Our Manager
Jheison Gudino Briceno
Manager – Efficiency1
Electrical Engineer, graduated in 2012. Master’s in Electrical Engineering (2017) with specialization in lighting. He has worked on various electrical projects in Venezuela, Peru, including the Pan American Games 2019, the Jorge Chávez Airport expansion in Lima (2022). In Colorado, he has worked in residential and commercial electricity in different companies.
At Efficiency1, as manager, he currently leads all operations, provides direct customer service, and oversees project reviews. He has also trained with Enphase as a solar panel installer and in energy storage with battery banks.
